I am a Board Certified Counseling Psychologist and Lexington, KY native with over 16 years of experience helping people navigate through some very difficult life circumstances. Among other concerns, I specialize in treatment of depression, anxiety, and relationship issues. I believe strongly in the power of the therapeutic relationship and work hard to create an environment that is welcoming and non-judgmental.

At this time, my services are offered exclusively via tele therapy. I utilize a secure online Zoom application which is easily accessible on any desktop or mobile device. I limit my practice primarily to evenings and weekends (by appt.) to accommodate busy adults.
